Five Easy Ways to Relax by Bunny Vreeland

Stress is one of the most common causes of illness and disease. Many health problems begin with emotional and physical stress, so it is important relax as often as possible. Here are five simple ways that anyone can use to relax throughout the day:

1. While driving turn off the radio or CD and focus on your breath. It is so easy to spend in the car listening to the radio or getting frustrated by the traffic instead use that time to make you feel better.

2. When working on the computer bring your attention to your shoulders , occasionally, and relax them as you take a deep breath. A sign saying ‘Relax’ on your monitor will help you remember this.

3. Choose a moment during the day when you aren’t as busy, close your eyes as tightly as you can and then relax them completely. This is a good way to wring out all the tension from your eyes.

4. While you are sitting, take a moment and exhale all the air out of your lungs and then take a deep breath in and hold it for about 10 seconds then exhale. Do this 3 times.

5. While you are laying in bed do a progressive relaxation. Start by relaxing your toes and move all the way up through your legs and into your chest relaxing all the different muscles as you go until you get to the top of your head. Repeat as necessary.

You will find that the more you do these things the better you will feel, and your stress levels will quickly diminish. Relaxation is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself because it will affect every area of your life for the better.

Important Notice Regarding Falsified Internet Complaints

As of May 15, 2007 there have been some complaints registered against me on the Internet. I would like to take this opportunity to clear these up. These individual complaints are all being posted by the same person pretending to be many. A person who has made some very serious, false, misleading, slanderous and inaccurate charges against me. For this purpose, we will use the initial ‘N’ for identification of the person being referring to.

Thankfully, many methods are available these days to track malicious individuals such as ‘N’; some of these include IP address tracking, reverse IP lookup, e-mail records, and other investigative tools. To date ‘N’ has been identified and charges are being filed with the Fraud Division of the District Attorney’s office in Ventura County. Some of the charges include Criminal Fraud, identity Theft, and defamation of character, criminal intent and slander.

Because of the nature of this case and pending litigation I have been advised not to release the details. I just want to say that as professionals, we are all vulnerable to these types of slanderous, malicious, and potential damaging accusations.

I hope I have cleared up any matters that may concern you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
